局部麻醉药抗肿瘤作用机制的研究进展 被引量：17

摘要 恶性肿瘤居高不下的患病率和死亡率是困扰人类生命健康的一大难题。目前虽然可使用根治手术、放射疗法、化学疗法、免疫学治疗和新的激素治疗,但癌症的复发和转移仍然是难治的关键问题,手术是治疗恶性肿瘤最主要的方式,越来越多的证据表明,麻醉技术和其他围术期因素是影响恶性肿瘤手术后长期转归的潜在因素[1].
