RGP矫正近视性屈光参差对双眼调节功能的影响

Effect of RGP correction of myopic anisometropia on binocular function

目的探讨硬式透氧性角膜接触镜(RGP)矫正近视性屈光参差对双眼调节功能的影响。方法选取2014年9月至2017年9月在开封市中心医院-开封眼病医院就诊的60例双眼等效球镜相差大于2 D的近视性屈光参差患者,给予其配戴RGP矫正屈光参差,配戴前、配戴3个月和配戴6个月分别评估患者主觉症状、屈光度、正相对调节(PRA)、负相对调节(NRA)、调节滞后量、双眼调节幅度差和调节灵敏度。结果配戴RGP治疗后,患者的主觉症状改善(F=350.03,P<0.05)。配戴前、配戴3个月和配戴6个月患者屈光度、NRA、PRA、调节滞后量、调节幅度(AMP)、调节灵敏度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);配戴6个月和配戴3个月各项参数比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论配戴RGP能明显改善近视性屈光参差患者双眼调节功能及视疲劳,而且配戴时间越长,双眼调节功能及视疲劳改善越明显。

Objective To investigate the effect of RGP correction of myopic anisometropia on binocular function.Methods A total of 60 patients with myopic anisometropia who differed more than 2 D in their spherical equivalent spherical mirrors were selected from September 2014 to September 2017 in Kaifeng Central Hospital-Kaifeng Eye Disease Hospital.The patients were given RGP to correct refractive errors.Subjective symptoms,refraction,positive relative adjustment(PRA),negative relative adjustment(NRA),delayed lag,difference in binocular adjustment amplitude and adjustment sensitivity were evaluated before wear,3 months of wear and 6 months of wear.Results Subjective symptoms of patients were improved after wearing RGP(F=350.03,P<0.05).The differences of refraction,NRA,PRA,delayed lag,amplitude(AMP)and adjustment sensitivity were statistically significant before wear,3 months of wear and 6 months of wear(P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference in parameters between the 6 months of wear and 3 months of wear(P<0.05).Conclusion Wearing RGP can significantly improve the binocular regulative function and visual fatigue in patients with myopic anisometropia.The longer the wear time is,the more obvious the improvement of binocular adjustment function and visual fatigue.
