试论英汉人体隐喻的异同

A Comparative Study on the Body-Part Metaphorical Mechanism between English and Chinese

英汉语人体隐喻共性反映英汉两个民族的身体内部构造以及人们对世界的认知、探索,互动中存在许多共性;但两个民族生活的自然环境、社会文化的差异以及思维模式的不同导致英汉语表达产生不对应的现象,对此现象进行分析可以进一步加深对语言认知机制的理解,更好地提升语言学习能力。

The similarities of body-part metaphor between English and Chinese reflect commonality in internal structure of human body,people's cognition,exploration and interaction towards the world.However,there are some different expression between the two languages due to different natural environment,social cultures,and thoughts model.The issue is analyzed which can deepen us toward the cognition of language and help us to improve language learning ability.
