乡村振兴战略视野下大学生乡村服务意愿的调查研究

A Survey of College Students' Rural Service Intention from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization Strategy

为更好了解在乡村振兴战略背景下大学生下乡服务的意愿,该文采用问卷访谈方式进行调研分析。研究发现:大学生对"乡村振兴战略"缺乏比较系统的认知,下乡助力农村发展的意愿不太高;男女性别、就业困难认知程度对大学生愿意下乡助力农村发展存在显著差异,大学生家庭生源地影响不显著,但存在正向导向作用;发挥专业优势为乡村振兴服务是大多数毕业生首选,大学生更愿意以乡村旅游、休闲农业、农村电商等新方式参与"乡村振兴"。基于此,提出政府应强化大学生农村服务价值观认知、学校应加强农学教育、大学生应充分利用专业优势创新服务农村发展的参与方式、各级组织应大力提升乡村政策配套满意度等四个建议。

The format of questionnaires is employed to conduct the research and analysis in the purpose of understanding college students'intention to go to the countryside in the background of the rural revitalization strategy.We found that college students are lack of a relatively systematic understanding to the"rural revitalization strategy",and the will that boost the rural development is not very strong.We also found that the difference in gender and the cognition of the employment difficulty vary in the issue.The place of birth will not make large influence on that,but have a positive guiding role.It's preferred for most graduates to revitalize countryside with the advantage of their majors.The college students are more willing to participate in"village revitalization"with new ways such as rural tourism,leisure agriculture,rural E-commerce.Finally,the thesis suggests that the government should strengthen the recognition of college students'rural service values,making full use of professional advantages and innovate ways of rural service.It also advises that agriculture education should reinforce,relevant organizations at all levels should vigorously improve the satisfaction of rural policy support and so on.
