职业院校校园文化与企业文化融合的现状与对策

职业院校校园文化与企业文化、职业文化渗透融合是职业院校提高人才培养质量的需要,是校企合作背景下高职院校自身发展的必然。高职院校的办学定位和职业特征决定校园文化建设只有突出"职业"和"行业"的特点,才能充分发挥其育人功能,才能更好地融入企业文化。在此基础上,对职业院校校园文化与企业文化、职业文化的渗透融合问题提出对策和实现途径,积极营造职业氛围,促进校企文化融合相得益彰。

The mix and fusion of campus culture,enterprise culture and vocational culture in vocational colleges is the need of improving the quality of personnel training,and is the necessity of the development of Vocational Colleges under the background of school-enterprise cooperation.The orientation and professional characteristics of Higher Vocational Colleges determine that only by highlighting the characteristics of occupation and industry can the construction of campus culture give full play to the cultivation of students and better integration into the corporate culture.On this basis,the paper puts forward countermeasures and approaches to the infiltration and integration of campus culture,enterprise culture and vocational culture in Vocational colleges,to actively create a professional atmosphere,and promote the integration of campus culture and enterprise culture to complement each other.
