Review and Prospect of the Reform of the Old-age Service System in Zhengzhou on the 40th Anniversary of Reform and Opening-up

深化养老服务体系改革,提高养老服务水平和质量,是科学应对人口老龄化、全面满足多元化养老需求的必由之路。经过近40年的探索与实践,以居家为基础、社区为依托、机构为支撑的郑州市养老服务体系已初步建立,但总体来看,养老产品供给不足、市场不健全、城乡不平衡等问题依然十分突出,需要继续贯彻落实党的十九大精神,深化养老服务体系综合改革,加强配套政策、人才支撑,加快发展长期护理保障制度。

Deepening the reform of the old-age service system and improving the level and quality of the old-age service are the only scientific way to cope with the aging population and to meet the diversified needs of the old-age care in an all-round way.After nearly 40 years of exploration and practice,the old-age service system in Zhengzhou has been initially established,which is based on home,community and institution.However,in general,the problems of insufficient supply of old-age products,imperfect market and imbalance between urban and rural areas are still very prominent.It is necessary to continue to implement the spirit of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Party,deepen the comprehensive reform of the old-age service system,strengthen supporting policies and talent support to accelerate the development of long-term care security system.
