摘要
由于某型运载火箭芯一级发动机与总体接口复杂,水平对接装配困难等问题,基于对发动机机架及壳段吊装试验后径向变形的研究,开展发动机垂直对接装配方案设计,实现中国液体火箭发动机垂直对接装配。该垂直对接方案具有发动机机架径向变形小、对接装配质量高、安全可靠、简单易行的特点,为未来中国大型及重型火箭发动机对接装配提供了宝贵的经验。
The structure interface between the rocket engine and main structure body of a launch vehicle's core first stage is very complex.It's hard to use horizontal docking assembling project.This paper introduces a new vertical docking assembling project,with which it's the first time to make vertical docking assembling of a rocket engine come true.This project is safe,reliable,easy to operate and can improve the assembly quality,with which the radial deformation of the thrust structure can be effectively reduced.This experience can provide reference for the rocket engine docking assembling of the follow-up large-scale and heavy launch vehicle.
