摘要
为了解决全站仪测距分辨力检定中反射棱镜移位的自动精确控制和计量溯源问题,减小人为误差的引入,创新的利用可通信数字千分表与嵌入式控制系统研制了具有0.01 mm移位精度的反射棱镜自动微移位装置,并将其通过无线网络应用于测距分辨力检定中,有效提高了全站仪分辨力检定效率和精度。经实验分析,该检定系统具有较好的测量不确定度、重复性和稳定性。
In order to solve the problem of metrological traceability in the automatic calibration for EDM(Electro-Optical Distance Meter)resolution of total station torealize the automatic shift of reflection prism,and to reduce human error,the digital dial gauge and the embedded control system is used to develop an automatic micro displacement device with high precision for reflection prism.It is used in the automatic calibration system for EDM resolution through wireless network to improve the efficiency and accuracy.The experimental results show that the system has good measurement uncertainty,repeatability and stability.
