摘要
研究门座起重机在接卸粮食至移动漏斗过程中扬尘原因与抑尘措施,提出在移动漏斗上增加除尘系统的改造方案,实际应用效果表明,除尘系统集尘率高,可大大抑制散货粮食的粉尘污染,降低人工清扫成本。
The dust-raising reasons and dust-suppression measures of portal crane in the process of transporting grain to mobile funnel are studied in this paper.On the basis of the research,the modification scheme of adding dedust system to mobile funnel is put forward.The practical application results show that the dust collection rate of the system is high,which can greatly inhibit the dust pollution caused by bulk grain and reduce the cost of manual cleaning.
