摘要 "一带一路"建设中有广泛的语言消费需求,而广西语言消费主体和客体日趋复杂化、多样化。普遍的语言消费意识缺乏,政府和社会应对语言消费的服务能力比较薄弱,语言消费供给质量保障欠缺等问题影响着广西的语言消费市场良性发展。建议出台专门的语言政策、规划以提高语言消费意识,内外并举开展语言教育以储备语言人才,加强语言技术研发以创新语言消费服务模式;促进语言服务标准化以保障语言消费供给。 There are broad language consumption needs in Guangxi’s Belt and Road construction. The subjects and the objects of language consumption in Guangxi are becoming more and more complicated and diversified. The problems, such as the general lack of awareness of language consumption, government and society’s week capability to respond to language consumption, the absence of quality assurance of language consumption supply, have produced adverse effects on the language consumption market in Guangxi. This paper proposes the following strategies of improving the language supply capacity to cope with the problems existing in Guangxi’s language consumption: introduce the spe cialized language planning for strengthening the consciousness of language consumption;develop language education simultaneously inside and outside for reserving language talents;strengthen the research and development of language technology for innovating the language consumption service mode;promote the standardization of language services for safeguarding the supply of language consumption.
