摘要
无溶剂、80 ~oC条件下,硝酸铈铵催化化学计量的芳香醛、乙酰乙酸乙酯(乙酰乙酸甲酯)和单取代(硫)脲三组分"一锅法"合成了N1-取代的3,4-二氢嘧啶-2(1H)-酮衍生物。考察了催化剂用量和反应温度对产率的影响。产品结构通过IR,~1H NMR,^(13)C NMR,元素分析和X-射线单晶衍射进行了确证。该合成方法具有反应时间短,条件温和,产率高,方法绿色等优点。
N 1-substituted 3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2(1 H)-ones derivatives were synthesized through an one-pot three-component reaction of stoichiometric aromatic aldehyde,ethyl acetoacetate(methyl acetoacetate)and monosubstituted(thio)urea in the presence of cerium ammonium nitrate under solvent-free conditions at 80 o C.The effect of the catalyst dosage and the reaction temperature on the yields was investigated.The structure of title products was characterized by IR,1H NMR,13 C NMR,elemental analysis and X-ray single crystal diffraction technique.This synthetic method has the advantages of short reaction time,mild reaction conditions,high yield and green protocol,etc.
