摘要
纳米氧化镁作为吸附剂和催化剂,在环保、催化等领域具有重要的应用。本文利用溶胶-凝胶法,以四水乙酸镁为镁源,CTAB为表面活性剂,二水草酸为pH调节剂,通过控制不同制备条件制备出不同粒度的纳米氧化镁,粒度范围在16.3 nm-44.3 nm。四水乙酸镁的用量、反应温度、煅烧温度和煅烧时间都影响纳米氧化镁粒度大小,其中四水乙酸镁的用量和反应温度是影响粒度大小的主要因素。由于采用的原料来源广泛,价格低廉,方法简单,对纳米材料的制备具有重要的指导意义。
Nano-MgO can be used as an adsorbent and catalyst,and has important applications in environmental protection,catalysis and other fields.The main research direction of this paper is to prepare nanometer magnesium oxide of different particle sizes.By using sol-gel method,magnesium acetate tetrahydrate is used as the magnesium source,CTAB is the surfactant,and oxalic acid dihydrate is used as the pH regulator to control different preparation conditions.Finally,nanometer magnesium oxide with particle sizes ranging from 16.3 nm to 44.3 nm was prepared.The amount of magnesium acetate tetrahydrate,reaction temperature,calcination temperature and calcination time all affect the size of nano-magnesium oxide.The amount of magnesium acetate tetrahydrate and the reaction temperature are the main factors affecting the particle size.Due to the wide range of raw materials used,low prices,and simple methods,it has important guiding significance for the preparation of nanomaterials.
