基于宏观视角的四川省农民收入质量评价

Evaluation of Farmers’ Income Quality in Sichuan Province Based on Macroscopic Perspective

本文从宏观视角构建了基于收入的充足性、结构性、成长性、成本性和知识性五个维度的农民收入质量指标体系,利用四川省1997-2016年的数据,得到农民收入盾量指数,并分析了农民收入质量与经济发展之间的关系。结果显示:与全国相比,四川省农民收入质量还相对较低,且主要依赖收入的充足性,其他维度的贡献依旧较小;经济增长对农民收入质量的带动作用也相对较小。因此,在实施乡村振兴战略过程中,对农民收入的关注应从收入数量转到收入质量上,尤其应注重增强经济发展对农民收入质量的提升作用。

This paper constructs the farmers' income quality index system based on five dimensions as income sufficiency,structure,growth,cost and knowledge from a macroscopic perspective. Using the data of Sichuan Province from 1997 to 2016, the farmers' income quality index was obtained,and the relationship between farmers' income quality and economic development was analyzed. The results show that compared with the whole country, the income quality of farmers in Sichuan Province is relatively low,and mainly depends on the adequacy of income. The contribution of other dimensions are still small;economic growth has a relatively small effect on farmers' income quality. Therefore,in the process of implementing the rural revitalization strategy , the concern for farmers income should be shifted from income quantity to income quality. In particular , we should pay attention to enhancing the role of economic development in improving the quality of farmersr income.
