“互联网+”下农产品供应链运营模式研究

Research on the Operation Model of Agricultural Products Supply Chain Under “Internet+”

传统的农产品供应链运营模式相对落后、信息不流畅、专业化和组织化程度低,农产品供应链流程复杂,作业周期较长。随着时代的发展,传统的农产品供应链运营模式已经不能满足社会的要求。基于"互联网+"大背景,通过对我国主要的几种农产品供应链运行模式进行分析,找出在实际运行中存在的问题,结合"互联网+",提出以第三方物流、农产品电商平台为核心的农产品供应链运营模式。

The traditional operation mode of agricultural supply chain is relatively backward,information is not fluent,the degree of specialization and organization is low,the process of agricultural supply chain is complex,and the operation cycle is long.With the development of the times,the traditional mode of supply chain operation of agricultural products can no longer meet the needs of the society.Based on the“Internet+”background,this paper analyzes the operation mode of several major agricultural products supply chain in China,finds out the problems in the actual operation,and proposes the operation mode of agricultural product supply chain with the core of the third party logistics and the agricultural product e-commerce platform combined with“Internet+”.
