摘要
秦岭矿业公司杨砦峪矿区深部3号盲竖井施工过程中多处发生岩爆现象,导致450 m水平马头门顶板冒落和上方井筒大面积片帮,喷浆和锚网大面积脱落。提出了对马头门上方井筒段采用井圈+锚网喷联合支护和对马头门采取U型钢拱架+锚网喷联合支护的加固方式,详细介绍了施工工艺过程。工程应用表明:采用联合支护技术确保了马头门和井筒的施工安全,提高了施工质量,使得3号盲竖井施工工程顺利进行。
In the process of No.3 blind vertical shaft construction in the deep part of Yangzhaiyu Mining District of Qingling Mining Company,there have been many rock burst phenomena,which led to roof falling of Matoumen at 450 m level and large-area caving from shaft overhead,as well as the falling of shotcrete and bolt mesh.The paper proposed reinforcing the shaft above Matoumen by shaft ring+bolt mesh shotcrete combination support,and the Matoumen by U-shaped steel arch+bolt mesh shotcrete combination support,and described the construction process.Practice shows that the combination support technology ensures the safety of the construction of Matoumen and shaft,improves construction quality,and guarantees the smooth construction of No.3 blind vertical shaft.
