Automatic casting technology for gold ingot and its application

摘要 在1 kg金锭一站式自动浇铸生产实践中,针对备料效率低、配重自动化水平低、模具使用初期产品合格率低、模具使用寿命短的难题,通过简化备料作业、实现自动配重、提升产品合格率、延长模具使用寿命等工艺改进,大幅提高了金锭一站式自动浇铸的生产效率和产品质量,单班8 h金锭最高产量从300 kg提高到500 kg左右,金熔损由0. 015%降低至0. 002 5%,金锭合格率从82. 65%提高到98%以上,模具使用寿命由约70炉次增加至约150炉次。 In the practice of 1 kg gold ingot production by one-stop automatic casting,in order to solve the problems including poor efficiency of material preparation,low level of mass weighing automation,low product pass rate at the early stage of mould usage,and short service life of mould,the paper simplifies material preparation operation,automates mass weighing,improves product pass rate,prolongs service life of mould.As a result,the efficiency and pro- duct quality of gold ingot production by one-stop automatic casting are greatly improved.Gold ingot production in 8 h of single shift is increased from 300 kg to around 500 kg,gold melting loss is reduced from 0.015 % to 0.002 5 %,gold ingot pass rate is increased from 82.65 % to over 98 % and the service life of mould is increased from about 70 times to about 150 times.
