针对日常业务工作需求,利用VB语言编写程序设计,将短期预报服务、中长期预报服务、气候评估、专业气象服务、天气预报影视制作、用户信息库、对外发布系统等各种气象信息服务为一体,最终实现"一个平台,多个服务内容,多种服务方式"的综合平台,增强了各种气象服务手段的能力,提高了工作效率,提升了整体服务水平。

To meet the needs of daily business work,the VB language is used to write the program design,which integrates various meteorological information services such as short-term forecast services,medium-and long-term forecast services,climate assessment,professional meteorological services,weather forecast video production,user information base,and external distribution system.Finally,the comprehensive platform of"one platform,multiple service content,and multiple service methods"has enhanced the ability of various meteorological service means,improved work efficiency,and improved the overall service level.
