盆栽芍药有机栽培基质的筛选与开发 被引量:1

Selection and Development of Organic Cultural Substrate of Potted Chinese Herbaceous Peony

摘要 以芍药品种"大富贵"为研究材料,以泥炭为对照,可再生农业废弃物玉米秸秆、大豆秸秆、木屑、菇渣、酒糟、花生壳、牛粪等按一定比例混合共设置七组进行对比试验,测定基质理化性质,观察不同栽培基质条件下盆栽芍药的生长状况,测定芍药叶绿素含量、芍药生物量等.数据显示,基质C(棉籽皮∶木屑∶酒糟=2∶2∶1)的综合评价数值最高,其次是A、D、E、B、F,对照组综合评价位于混合基质A之后排在第3位,混合基质F的综合评价最低.即以棉籽皮、木屑为主要的混合基质可以代替以草炭、泥炭作为盆栽芍药栽培基质使用,芍药生长状态良好. Taking Dafugui Peony as research material and peat as contrast, seven groups of renewable agricultural wastes, including corn straw, soybean straw, sawdust, mushroom dregs, distiller's grains, peanut shell and cow dung, are mixed in a certain proportion. The physical and chemical properties of the substrates are determined. The growth status of potted Chinese Herbaceous Peony is observed under different basic cultivation conditions. The chlorophyll content and biomass of Peony are determined. The data shows that the comprehensive evaluation value of matrix C (cottonseed husk: sawdust: distiller's grains = 2∶2∶1) is the highest, followed by Group A, D, E, B and F. The comprehensive evaluation of contrast group is ranked third after mixed matrix A, and the comprehensive evaluation of F is the lowest. That is to say, cottonseed bark and sawdust as the main mixed substrates can replace peat as the potted cultivation substrates of Peony, and Peony grows well.
