This paper analyses the shortcomings of the current teaching of humanities and physical education in colleges and universities. Multimedia assisted instruction can make the teaching content more vivid and intuitive, and improve the quality and efficiency of teaching. This paper expounds the promoting effect of multimedia-assisted teaching on humanistic physical education in college physical education curriculum.
