摘要
环氧沥青复合材料兼具沥青和环氧树脂的优点,在多方面都有明显的优势,代表了国际上最新沥青材料的发展方向。针对石家庄地区的气候条件、集料质量及交通状况,结合石家庄市区新乐高架桥桥面铺装工程的实践,通过马歇尔法系统地介绍了国产环氧沥青混合料目标配合比设计过程。结果表明,试验制成的环氧沥青混合料的各项路用性能检测良好。
Epoxy asphalt composite materials have the advantages of both asphalt and epoxy resin,and have obvious advantages in many aspects,representing the development direction of the latest asphalt materials in the world.Based on the climatic conditions,aggregate quality and traffic conditions in Shijiazhuang area,combined with the practice of bridge deck pavement of Xinle Viaduct in Shijiazhuang City,this paper introduces the target mix design process of domestic epoxy asphalt mixture through Marshall method.The results showed that the road performance of the tested epoxy asphalt mixture was well tested.
