纪委监委监督的嵌入性研究

"嵌入性"是新经济社会学的一个研究范式,本质在于强调事物之间的联系和影响。监督是纪委监委的首要职责。嵌入式监督具有整体性、主动性、互动性及信息化四个特征。纪委监委嵌入式监督的主体是纪委监委机关,被嵌入的对象是党组织、党员领导干部和公职人员的履职用权行为。从党纪法规、机构人员、网络信息三个维度分析纪委监委监督的嵌入机理,对提高监督质量的理论研究和实践探索具有重要指导价值。

The proper name of“embedded”is a research paradigm of the new economic sociology.Its essence is to emphasize the connection and influence between things.Oversight is the primary responsibility of the Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision.Embedded supervision has four characteristics:integrity,initiative,interaction and informatization.The main body of the embedded supervision is the institution of the Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision,which is embedded in the behavior of the party organizations,leading cadres of party members and public officials.Analyzing the embedded mechanism of the supervision of the discipline supervision committee from three aspects:party discipline law,institutional personnel,and network information has an important guiding value for the theoretical research and practical exploration of improving the quality of supervision.
