摘要
针对狭小空间散热问题及传统风冷系统无法根据当前环境温度实现风扇转速调节及自动启停的问题,设计了一种脉冲宽度调制(PWM)温控风冷系统。系统利用DS18B20数字温度传感器检测当前环境温度,利用单片机控制I/O口产生脉宽可调的电信号,控制与之连接的风扇电机的转速,从而实现PWM脉宽调速。对方案设计、器件选型、硬件连接和软件设计等内容作了详细说明。测试表明,该系统具有测温精度高、散热效果好、生产成本低、节能环保等优点,具有较好的应用前景。
Aiming at the problem of heat dissipation in narrow space and the traditional air-cooling system cannot adjust the speed of fan and start and stop automatically according to the current ambient temperature,a pulse width modulation(PWM)temperature-controlled air-cooling system is designed.In the system,DS18B20 digital temperature sensor is used to detect the current ambient temperature,and single-chip computer is used to control I/O port to generate an adjustable pulse width signal,and control the speed of the fan connected with it to realize PWM pulse width speed regulation.The scheme design,device selection,hardware connection and software design are described in detail.The tests show that the system has the advantages of high temperature measurement accuracy,good heat dissipation effect,low production cost,energy saving and environmental protection,as well as good application prospects.
