聚类算法在舰载机加载系统设计的改进应用

摘要 杠杆加载是舰载机载荷加载设计中应用最广的一种加载方式,但目前在我国传统的杠杆加载系统设计中,加载点的分区以及杠杆连接顺序等问题在很多情况下仍然需要依靠人工处理的方式去解决,因此存在工作量大、效率低以及设计精度低等问题。针对这些问题,结合载荷点在分区和杠杆连接过程的特点,提出改进的聚类算法,利用聚类算法的聚类特性获取载荷点的分区情况和连接顺序,以此解决杠杆加载中加载点的分区和杠杆连接的问题,帮助设计人员快速准确完成加载系统设计工作。 Lever loading is one of the most widely used loading methods in the load loading design of carrier plane,but at present in the traditional design of the lever loading system in our country,the problem of the loading point partition and the order of the lever connection still need to be solved by manual processing in many cases,therefore,there are problems such as heavy workload,low efficiency,and low design accuracy and so on.In response to these problems,combined with the characteristics of the load point in the partitioning and lever connection process,an improved clustering algorithm is proposed,and the clustering characteristics of the clustering algorithm are used to obtain the partitioning situation and connection order of the load points to solve the problem of partitioning and lever connection of the loading point in the lever loading,helping designers quickly and accurately complete the loading system design work.
