摘要
以飞行器批检试验方案设计作为研究对象,在简要描述抽样检验基本概念和计算公式的基础上,分析了一次抽样方法、二次抽样方法和查表法的应用策略。讨论了产品批量、样本量、拒绝数之间的内在关系,分析了质量特征参数、鉴别比和极限质量的设计对于双方风险的影响,提出了批检试验方案设计中关键参数的选取建议。通过比较一次抽样方法和二次抽样方法,说明了二次抽样方法的理论优势和实践价值。最后针对批检试验中进行抗干扰能力验证问题提出了可行的解决方案。
Taking schematic design of the flight vehicle test of lot production inspection as target,an application strategy of single sampling method,subsampling method and look-up table method has been analysed,which is on the basis of the brief description of basic concept and mathematical formula of the sampling probability.First,the relationship of lot production,sample size and rejection number are discussed.Then,the influence of the risk of both on characteristic parameter of quality and discriminability and extremity quality have been analysed.After that,a proposal of selecting crucial parameters in the schematic design of test of lot production inspection is offered.The subsampling method is proved to be valuable by comparing the single sampling method and the subsampling.Finally,a feasible solution is put forward on verifying anti-interference capability in the test of lot production inspection.
