核电磁脉冲作用下不均匀双绞线的时域耦合特性分析 被引量:2

摘要 理想双绞线的几何结构服从于均匀的双螺旋结构,但由于制作工艺、安装条件等因素限制,实际应用中的双绞线其每一个扭矩长度并非相等,这种扭距的不均匀性势必会影响双绞线的抗干扰性能。在这篇文章中,针对量化研究核电磁脉冲作用下的不均匀双绞线耦合响应的需求,建立其时域场线耦合模型,并利用链参数和多端口级联的方法来计算不均匀双绞线的时域响应耦合特性。计算结果表明,在研究的0~1GHz加;在研究的0~400MHz频段内,耦合能量会随着双绞线扭距的增加而增加,且在扭距长度对应的频点处有耦合能量最大值;双绞线扭距的不均匀变化使得谐振点的数量增多,当不均匀程度的线性提高时,线上感应电流的峰值并不呈现线性增加,而是有起伏变化,可得出结论,保证双绞线的均匀性有利于易被电流击穿器件的正常工作。 The ideal twisted wire pairs(TWP)geometry is subject to a uniform double helix model,but due to factors such as manufacturing process,installation conditions,etc.,TWP in practical engineering often do not fit well with double helix,each pitch of the TWP is not uniformly equal,the twisting unevenness will affect its anti-jamming performance.In this paper,for the TWP illuminated by nuclear electromagnetic pulse,the time-domain field-line coupling model is established base on the transmission line theory,and the time-domain coupling characteristics of the non-uniform twisting TWP are analyzed by using the chain parameter and multi-port cascade method.The calculation results show that,in the 0~1 GHz frequency band,the coupling energy does not increase in the frequency band of interest as the total length of the twisted pair increases.In the 0~400 MHz frequency band,the coupling energy increases with the increase of the pith,and there is a maximum coupling energy at the frequency point corresponding to the pith,the non-uniform of the pith makes the number of the resonance points increases.However,when the linearity of the degree of non-uniform increases,the peak value of the induced current on the line does not increase linearly,but has an undulating change.It can be concluded that the uniformity of the TWP is beneficial to the normal operation of the device that is easily damaged by the current.
