摘要
为帮助教学点开齐、开足国家规定的课程,满足农村边远地区适龄儿童就近接受良好教育的基本需求,促进教育公平,教育部、财政部联合组织实施了"教学点数字教育资源全覆盖"项目。文章首先对该项目进行简要介绍,然后通过问卷调查法和访谈法,对山东省教学点教师基本情况、教师信息化素养、资源应用情况和培训情况等进行了调查。结果显示,山东省教学点信息化教学设备配备情况良好,教师信息化素养较高,但仍存在优质师资力量不足,资源与教材版本、学制不匹配,资源类型不丰富等不足。希望文章的研究结论能为教育精准扶贫项目的实施和开展提供借鉴。
In order to offer national curriculum to small rural schools, and to meet the basic demand of school-age children to get better education in remote rural areas, the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance implemented Full Coverage of Digital Education Resources in Rural Small Schools Project in 2012. The research introduces the meaning of “full coverage” and the construction of resources, investigating the amount of small rural schools, information literacy of teachers, the application of resources of Shandong province, using the method of questionnaire, literature analysis and review. Result shows that those schools are well-equipped and the teachers are high-qualified with information literacy, but problems include the shortage of teachers, the simple type of teaching resources etc. in Shandong. It is hoped that this research will play a certain role in the implementation of the education precision poverty alleviation project.
