一种新型白藜芦醇查尔酮类衍生物的单晶结构及合成工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 白藜芦醇三甲醚经Vilsmeier-Haack反应生成中间产物B,收率为93%。中间体B再和4-甲基-2-羟基苯乙酮经Cross Aldol反应,得到白藜芦醇查尔酮类衍生物,收率为84%。终产物利用溶剂缓慢挥发法得到单晶并对其结构分析。该方法具有合成步骤简单,成本低,产率高等优点。 Resveratrol trimethyl ether was reacted with Vilsmeier-Haack to form intermediate B in a yield of 93%. Intermediate B was further reacted with 4-methyl-2-hydroxyacetophenone by Cross Aldol to give a resveratrol chalco ne derivative end product in a yield of 84 %. The final product was subjected to a slow solvent evaporation method to obtain a single crystal and its structure was analyzed. The method has the advantages of simple synthesis steps, low cost and high yield.
