摘要 通过对不同掺量的纳米Si_3N_4与水泥净浆拌合的试件进行抗压强度试验来研究纳米Si_3N_4对水泥材料的早强性能影响,并通过SEM和XRD分析对纳米Si_3N_4的早强机理进行研究。实验结果表明,当掺入纳米Si_3N_4时,可明显提高水泥材料的早期强度,特别是1 d的抗压强度。由SEM和XRD分析可知,纳米Si_3N_4可提高水泥材料的致密性,加速水泥的水化进程,促进C-H-S凝胶和钙矾石晶体的形成。当纳米Si_3N_4的掺量为2%时,水泥的早期强度提高得最明显,其中1 d抗压强度比基准组增加了37.2%。 The compressive strength test of nano-Si3O4 mixed with cement paste was carried out to study the influence of nano-Si3N4 on the early strength performance of cement materials, and the early strength mechanism of nano-Si3N4 was studied through SEM and XRD analysis. The experimental results show that when nano Si3O4 is added, the early strength of cement material, especially the compressive strength of 1 d, can be significantly improved. According to SEM and XRD analysis, nano Si3O4 can improve the compactness of cement materials, accelerate the hydration process of cement, and promote the formation of c-h-s gel and ettringite crystal. When the nanometer Si3O4 content is 2%, the early strength of cement is the most obvious improvement, in which the 1d compressive strength is 37.2% higher than that of the reference group.
