铝/聚吡咯复合材料的制备及吸波性能研究 被引量:5

Preparation of Difunctional Al/PPy Composites with High Electromagnetic Wave Absorption Performance

摘要 以铝粉和吡咯为原料,设计了一种双元吸波材料,研究了配料比对材料吸波性能的影响。结果表明:由简单原位聚合法制备的铝/聚吡咯复合材料是电阻型吸收剂,当这类材料受到外界磁场感应时会生成感应电流,从而使电磁能转化成热能而被消耗掉。该材料的最小反射损耗值为-20.19 dB,此时电磁波频率为8.16 GHz,匹配厚度为2.0 mm。良好的吸波性能表明,铝/聚吡咯复合材料在电磁波吸收领域具有广阔的应用前景。 Using Aluminum powder and pyrrole as raw materials, a new kind absorbing material was designed, and the effect of the ratio of ingredients on the absorbing property of the material was studied. The results show that the Al/PPy composi prepared by simple in-situ polymerization is a resistive absorbent. When the material is induced by an external magnetic field, the induced current will be generated, thus the electromagnetic energy will be converted into thermal energy and consumed. The minimum reflection loss value of Al/PPy composite is -20.19 dB at 8.16 GHz with a film thickness of only 2.0 mm. The excellent EM absorption performance may be ascribed to its superior conductivity and unique structure. The microwave absorbing properties indicate that Al/PPy composite will become a potential absorber in the field of microwave absorption.
