摘要
直接利用碳锰热熔渣生产低碳锰硅合金,利用熔渣潜热的同时又可实现渣中锰的回收,通过增加熔渣电弧炉工序和硅热还原搅拌炉工序,经成本核算可以得出在增加熔渣电弧炉工序的情况下,利用碳锰熔渣热装生产低碳锰硅合金完全可行,对生产高碳锰铁规模较大的企业效益会更好。
High carbon ferromanganese slag could be directly used in the production of low carbon ferromanganesesilicon. It can use the slag latent heat while recovering manganese from slag. This is achieved by furnace temperature controlling and heat reduction mechanical stirring. Cost accounting has proved the feasibility of producing low carbon ferromanganese-silicon by the process adding electric arc furnace of melting slag. This is even more promising for large high carbon ferromanganese production enterprises.
