摘要
针对新建30 MVA锰硅合金矿热炉投产后短时间内发生穿漏炉事故、出现炉衬损坏的问题,总结分析了几方面导致炉衬损坏的原因,目的是找到对应的解决措施,以期能延长炉衬的使用寿命。
Aiming at the leakage accident and lining damage of the newly built 30 M VA ferromanganese-silicon submerged arc furnace in a short time after putting into production, this paper summarizes and analyses the causes of lining damage in several aspects in order to find out the corresponding solutions so as to prolong the service life of the lining.
