摘要
为探究Fe_xO_y的存在对以切割废料为原料制备SiC粉体的影响,分别采用未除铁及除铁后切割废料制备碳化硅。研究结果表明:采用未除铁切割废料为原料时,冶炼时会生成少量的Fe-Si合金;与除铁后相比,未除铁的冶炼产物中SiC含量更高。这是由于在反应过程中,原料中的Fe_xO_y被CO还原成金属Fe,新生成的单质Fe具有较强的催化作用,它降低了反应的起始温度,促进碳化硅的生长与结晶。
In order to explore the effect of FexOy on the preparation of SiC powder with cutting waste, cutting waste before and after iron removal were used to produce silicon carbide, respectively. The results show that: When the cutting waste with iron was used as raw material, a small amount of Fe-Si alloy will be formed in smelting;Compared with iron removal, the content of SiC is higher in iron smelting products. This is due to the FexOy in the raw material is reduced to Fe by CO in the reaction process. The newly generated Fe has a strong catalytic activity. It lowers the initial temperature of reaction and promotes the growth and crystallization of silicon carbide.
