新筛分技术在铁合金生产上的应用

APPLICATION OF NEW SCREENING TECHNOLOGY IN FERROALLOY PRODUCTION

通过对不同筛分料的机理调研,针对性研制出新型筛分机组,创新性地解决了铁合金生产中铁合金成品、兰炭等易碎物料、硅石等物料的精细清洗及筛分问题,并通过工程样机的研制和试验,验证了新筛分技术机组对工艺要求的满足度及技术的可靠性。

By investigating the mechanism of different screening materials, a new type of screening unit has been developed. The problem of fine cleaning and screening of ferroalloy products, fragile materials such as sem i-coke, silica and other materials in ferroalloy production was solved innovatively. Through development and test of engineering prototype , the technological requirements of the new screening technology unit and the reliability of the technology have been verified.
