摘要 目的:研究如何利用共享服务中心促进医疗集团内各机构之间的资源共享与优势互补。方法:优化医院对患者就医各环节的资源供给方法,研究建设面向患者管理、医疗管理、财务及后勤管理的医疗集团共享服务中心。结果:建设了预约挂号、检查预约、床位预约一体化管理的资源调度共享服务中心,支持放射、内镜、心电、病理的医疗业务共享服务中心,涵盖统一患者支付、财务核算及物流管理的运营共享服务中心。结论:共享服务中心的建成能提高集团医院的医疗服务质量、优化学科建设、降低运营成本。 Objective To promote the sharing of resources and the complementation of advantages in different institutions of medical groups by making use of sharing service center. Methods The resource supply measures for patients to visit hospitals were optimized and how to construct the sharing service center for the patients management, healthcare management, financial and logistic management of medical groups was studied. Results The construction of sharing service center could implement the integrated management of registration appointment, examination appointment and bed booking, and support the medical affairs management of radiological examination, endoscopic examination, ECG examination, pathological examination, payment management, financial accounting and logistic management. Conclusion The construction of sharing service center can improve the medical service level, optimize the subject construction and reduce the operation cost in grouped hospitals.
