摘要
运用footscan 7.9压力分布测试系统,对济南市文东小学40名和山东师范大学附属小学30名学生(年龄在11~12岁)进行足印测试。以BMI>25为肥胖判定标准,将学生分成两组(正常组与肥胖组)进行足印FA值和CSI值对比分析。研究结果表明:FA值左脚(t=3.663,P<0.001)、右脚(t=3.742,P<0.001)在肥胖儿童与正常儿童之间有显著的不同,肥胖儿童的指数显示出一个较小的角度。CSI值也有显著不同,左脚(t=-6.362,P<0.001),右脚(t=-5.675,P<0.001),在两组儿童的实验数据中,肥胖儿童的CSI值较高已被证实。肥胖儿童反应出一个减小的FA值和一个增大的CSI值是足部结构功能变化的特征。因此肥胖对青春期少年的足部结构有重要的影响。肥胖儿童所显示出的足部结构特征,如果额外体重继续增加或许会发展成足部综合症。
With the advanced testing system of plantar pressure distribution (footscan 2nd generation system),this paper measured plantar pressure distribution and gait characteristics of 30 students (11~12 y) in Jinan Wendong Primary School and 40 from the Primary School Attached to Shandong Normal University.According to the standard:BMI>25,students were divided into two groups,and then the data of 2 groups were compared and analyzed.The results showed: A significant difference was found between the Footprint Angle of the obese and non-obese subjects for both the left (t=3.663;P <0.001) and right (t=3.742;P <0.001) feet whereby obese subjects displayed a reduced angle.Chippaux-Smirak Index scores were also significantly different for both the left (t=-6.362;P <0.001) and right (t=-5.675;P <0.001) feet between the two subject groups where a greater score for the obese subjects was evident.A decreased footprint angle and an increased Chippaux-Smirak Index are characteristic of structural foot changes that have been associated with compromised foot function.Excess body mass appears to have a significant effect on the foot structure of prepubescent children whereby young obese children display structural foot characteristics which may develop into problematic symptoms if excessive weight gain continues.
