摘要 运用文献资料检索、逻辑分析等方法,对法制视域下我国学校体育的现实进行描述、归纳分析。结果表明:我国学校体育法律、法规执行不力,监管不到位;体育课缩水,每天锻炼1小时得不到保障;体育师资缺乏、工作超负荷;体育场地器材匮乏;学生体质监测乱象丛生,结果无反馈、学生不关注等问题是我国学校体育的基本现实。在依法治国视域下,各级各类学校实施"强制体育"实现依法治校;从"强制"到"强治"转变;全社会共同努力、齐抓共管,提高体育运动对健康重要性的认识及观念。在"健康中国"大环境下,加大学校体育投入、保障体育师资和基本体育场地设施等具体措施,是强化学校体育工作、遏制青少年体质下降、促进青少年体质健康水平提高的现实路径。 This article aims at description and inductive analysis of the realities of school physical education in China from the rule of law perspective with methods of literature retrieval and logical analysis.Results show that the legal regulation of school physical education is insufficient without adequate supervision;physical education is shrinking,one hour physical practice per day can not be guaranteed;PE teachers are in shortage and have overload working;moreover,sports field and equipment are deficient;and monitoring of student physical health is dislocated,without result feedback and student concern.Under the rule of law,schools at all levels should implement "mandatory physical education" to bring about governing school with law,and to bring change from "mandatory" to "strong governance";society at large makes joint effort and co-management to increase understanding of the importance of sports for health.Under "Healthy China" background,some specific measures like increasing investment in sports,faculty and basic physical venues and facilities are realistic approaches to strengthen school physical education,contain young people physique drops and promote teenager physical health level.
