Status and countermeasures of Outward Bound industry in Jinan

济南市体验式拓展培训行业的发展速度比较快,行业发展空间巨大,整体发展呈良性,但发展过程中仍存在诸多问题:拓展行业不规范,未形成统一标准;拓展培训与拓展旅游之间模糊不清;参与拓展培训人员目的不清、认识不够;拓展项目陈旧、无创新,且多以娱乐、休闲为主。建议:健全相关法律法规,完善相应行业协会,建立完善的资格认证体系;出台行业安全标准,优化安全保障体系;加强拓展行业的跨界合作等。

Outward Bound industry has developed rapidly in Jinan and has a huge development space.Although the overall development is benign,there are still some problems,such as the expansion of the industry being not standardized,having not formed a unified standard;ambiguity between outward bound and outreach tourism;unclear purpose and inadequate understanding of outward bound participation;activities being obsolete without innovation,and mostly focusing on entertainment and leisure.It is suggested that we perfect relevant laws and regulations,improve the corresponding industry associations,and establish a sound certification system;introduce industry safety standards and optimize safety assurance system;and strengthen and expand cross-border cooperation in the industry.
