高压氧联合循证护理干预对绝经综合征妇女认知能力和生存质量的影响

Effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with evidence-based nursing intervention on cognitive ability and quality of life of women with menopause syndrome

目的观察高压氧联合循证护理干预对绝经综合征妇女认知能力和生存质量的影响。方法选择2016年7月—2018年6月在我院行高压氧治疗的80例绝经综合征患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法等分为干预组和对照组,各40例。对照组进行常规护理,干预组行循证护理,比较2组患者认知能力和生存质量MENQOL积分。结果护理后,对照组患者的图字记忆、记忆广度、汉字旋转效率、心算效率及知觉速度5个维度的评分明显低于干预组,干预组认知功能恢复良好;且性生活维度、血管症状维度、心理维度及生理维度评分明显低于于对照组,生活质量明显提高,组间比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论高压氧联合循证护理干预能够有效改善绝经综合征患者的认知能力,提高生活质量,促进康复,值得进一步应用于临床。

Objective To observe the effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with evidence-based nursing intervention on cognitive ability and quality of life of women with menopausal syndrome. Methods 80 patients with menopausal syndrome treated by hyperbaric oxygen in our hospital from July 2016 to June 2018 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into intervention group and control group according to random number table method,40 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing,while the intervention group received evidence-based nursing. After nursing,the cognitive ability and quality of life MENQOL scores of the two groups were compared. Result After nursing, the scores of the five dimensions of picture-character memory,memory span,Chinese character rotation efficiency,mental arithmetic efficiency and perceptual speed in the control group were significantly lower than those in the intervention group. The cognitive function of the intervention group recovered well,and the scores of sexual life dimension,vascular symptoms dimension,psychological dimension and physiological dimension were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the quality of life was significantly improved. The difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen combined with evidence-based nursing intervention can effectively improve the cognitive ability of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and promote the rehabilitation of patients,which is worthy of further clinical application.
