自制眼科专用头架的应用

Application of self-made special head frame for ophthalmology

目的探讨自制眼科专用头架在白内障手术中的应用效果。方法应用自制眼科专用头架前后各选取300例前来我院就医的白内障手术患者,比较应用前后患者憋闷情况、手术时间及术中体位变换情况。结果应用自制头架后,白内障手术时间、体位变换次数均低于应用前,有显著性差异(P<0.05);应用自制眼科专用头架前,术中憋闷发生率为53.67%(161/300),应用后为0.00%(0/300),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用自制眼科头架可有效缩短白内障手术时间,患者配合较好,有利于防止术中憋闷。

Objective To investigate the effect of self-made special head rack for ophthalmology in cataract surgery. Methods 300 patients with cataract who came to our hospital for medical treatment were selected before and after the application of self-made ophthalmic special head rack. The suffocation,operation time and intraoperative body position change were compared before and after the application. Results After using self-made head rack,the time of cataract surgery and the number of body position changes were lower than before,and there was significant difference before and after using the self-made head rack (P < 0.05). Before using the self-made head rack,the incidence of intraoperative depression was 53.67%(161/300)and 0.00%(0/300)respectively,with significant difference(P< 0.05). Conclusion The self-made ophthalmic head rack can effectively shorten the operation time of cataract,and the patients cooperate well,which is helpful to prevent intraoperative depression.
