重症有机磷农药中毒的急诊护理观察

Observation of emergency nursing for severe acute organophosphate pesticide poisoning in emergency

目的分析重症有机磷农药中毒的急诊护理效果。方法选取我院收治的60例重症有机磷农药中毒患者,将其随机分为2组各30例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施针对性护理,比较2组患者的治疗效果及心理状态。结果与对照组比较,观察组洗胃时间、清醒时间及胆碱酯酶活力恢复时间均较短,且洗胃液用量较少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组患者的SAS评分、SDS评分及胃内容物溢出的发生率均较低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对重症有机磷农药中毒患者实施急诊护理干预,能显著提高治疗效果,促使患者尽快清醒,有效调节其心理状态,减少并发症的发生。

Objective To analyze the emergency nursing effect for severe acute organophosphate pesticide poisoning(SAOPP)in emergency. Methods 60 SAOPP patients admitted into the hospital were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group. Control group was routine nursing,while observation group was given specific nursing based on control group.The curative effect,mental state and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with control group,the gastric lavage time,awake time,recovery time of cholinesterase activity in observation group were shorter,and the gastric lavage juice volume in observation group was less(P<0.05);The SAS score,SDS score,incidence of gastric contents overflow in observation group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Emergency nursing intervention for SAOPP patients in emergency can significantly increase curative effects,promote early awakening,regulate mental state and reduce complications.
