摘要
以丙烯酸(AA)和501醚类单体(TPEG)为主要原料,采用引发剂A和引发剂B在本体聚合下合成固体聚羧酸减水剂,研究了两种引发剂单独引发和双引发时对合成固体聚羧酸减水剂性能的影响,并对合成的产物进行了GPC测试。实验结果表明:采用双引发体系在本体聚合中使用时引发效率最好,所需合成条件最低,在水泥净浆和混凝土中的分散性能和保坍性能最佳。
With Acrylic acid and 501 ether macromonomer as main raw materials,the solid polycarboxylate superplasticizers were prepared utilizing the method of bulk polymerization and initiated by initiator A and B.The properties of solid polycarboxylate superplasticizers,which synthesized by single initiation and double initiation,were researched and the products were tested by GPC.The results indicated that the double initiation system had the best initiation efficiency in bulk polymerization,and the lowest synthesis conditions were required,the dispersion and retention properties of the product in cement paste and concrete was the best.
