摘要
目的观察二维应变率成像技术评价类风湿性关节炎患者左心房功能的效果。方法选取类风湿性关节炎患者30例,对照组30例,分别进行超声心动图检查,二维测量左心房前后径(LAD)、左心房容积(LAV),左心房容积指数(LAVI),采用二维应变率成像技术测量两组左心房各壁心肌收缩期SRs峰、舒张早期SRe峰、舒张晚期SRa峰的峰值应变率,计算左心房心肌平均应变率峰值(mSRs、mSRe、mSRa)。结果类风湿性关节炎组与对照组比较,两组左心房大小及容积差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组比较,类风湿性关节炎组左心房心肌平均应变率mSRs、mSRe峰值降低,mSRa峰值增高,两组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二维应变率成像技术可准确定量评价类风湿性关节炎患者左心房功能的变化,为临床早期发现类风湿性关节炎患者心功能损害提供诊断依据。
Objective To evaluate the left atrial function in patients with rheumatoid arthritis by two-dimensional strain rate imaging. Methods Thirteen patients with rheumatoid arthritis and thirteen healthy people as control group were examined by echocardiography. The left atrial diameter (LAD), left atrial volume (LAV) and left atrial volume index (LAVI) were measured in two-dimension. The peak strain rate of SRs in systolic, peak strain rate of SRe in early diastolic and peak strain rate of SRa in late diastolic were measured at each wall of left atrial by two-dimensional strain rate imaging, the mean peak strain rate (mSRs, mSRe,mSRa) were calculated by averaging data in all segments. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the size and volume of left atrial between the rheumatoid arthritis group and the control group (P>0. 05). Compared with the control group,mSRs and mSRe of rheumatoid arthritis group were lower, mSRa of rheumatoid arthritis group was higher, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0. 05). Conclusion Two-dimensional strain rate imaging can quantitatively evaluate the change of left atrial function in patients with rheumatoid arthritis, and provide diagnostic basis for the early detection of heart function damage in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.
