重大自然灾害中基于BIM模型的道路重建造价成本控制算法 被引量:8

摘要 基于挣值分析的道路造价成本控制算法,应用到重大自然灾害的造价评估中时,无法适应建筑用料成本与灾害复杂程度的变化关系,存在建筑造价成本控制精度差的弊端。该文提出重大自然灾害中基于BIM模型的道路重建造价成本控制算法,设计BIM模型分析影响道路重建工程造价成本控制的主要因素,构建道路重建工程人力、设备资源以及施工材料等成本的变化状态方程,结合设置的道路工程造价成本控制阈值,采用基于等效近似线性模型的造价成本控制方法,模拟自然灾害对成本变化的影响。实验结果表明,所提算法控制自然灾害下道路重建造价成本时,整体均方根误差低于5%,造价成本控制时间变化范围在1.5~2.3 s间,算法平均评分是9.63分,说明该算法适用于自然灾害环境。 The cost control algorithm of road construction based on earned value analysis cannot adapt to the changing relationship between the cost of building materials and the complexity of disasters when it is applied to the cost evaluation of major natural disasters,which has the disadvantage of poor accuracy of cost control of building costs.We put forward a cost control algorithm for road reconstruction based on BIM model in major natural disasters,design a BIM model to analyze the main factors affecting the cost control of road reconstruction project,construct a state equation for the cost change of human resources,equipment resources and construction materials of road reconstruction project,and adopt an equivalent approximation line based on the set cost control threshold of road construction project.The cost control method of sex model simulates the impact of natural disasters on cost change.The experimental results show that when the proposed algorithm is used to control the cost of road reconstruction under natural disasters,the overall root mean square error is less than 5%.The time range of cost control varies from 1.5 to 2.3 seconds,and the average score of the algorithm is 9.63.This shows that the algorithm is suitable for natural disaster environment.
