难以实现的“教写相长”——现代作家学院化生存的困境

摘要 民国时期,得益于大学教员聘任制度相对宽松,一批现代作家出于经济压力或文化兴趣进入大学执教。而大学教学和学术研究工作及其他俗务占用了精力,场域的变换也使这些作家面临评价制度和思维方式转变的压力,教学和写作往往无法兼顾。这种学院化的生存困境逼迫作家做出调整,他们或离开大学,或转向学术,或沦为大学边缘人。从实际效果看",教写相长"对高校求生的现代作家来说,是一种难以实现的愿景。 University teacher appointment system was very flexible in the Republic of China. A lot of modern writers chose to be college teachers for reasons such as economic pressure and cultural interest. In College,their time and efforts were occupied by teaching,researching and some other works. Besides,they had to face the pressure from evaluation system changing and thinking mode transferring. It was almost cannot be done to keep a good balance between the teaching works and writing works. This existential dilemma of college forced writers to make adjustments,parts of them left colleges,some others turned to academic research,or become marginal person in universities. The phenomenon demonstrates that it is quite hard to be an excellent college teacher,also an outstanding writer at the same time.
