集团化办学的组织关系建设——基于对浦东教育集团社会血缘关系分析的视角

The Construction of Organizational Relations about Running School by Grouping:Based on the Analysis of Social blood Relations of Pudong Education Group

本研究基于对浦东集团化办学的历史成因分析与目前的发展现状分析,从集团内子校与总校的名称关系、校长关系与合作关系等角度,运用问卷调研数据,对其发展成效做了一定分析,并借用社会关系中血缘关系对行为影响的分析理论,对如何更好的进行集团化办学组建以及如何更好的提升办学成效提出了发展建议。

This study analyse the development and the relationship between the school's name and school principal and cooperation of Pudong education group by questionnaire survey data, gives some suggestions on how to set up education group and improve the effectiveness of running schools by applying the theory of social relations about the influence of relationship on behavior.
