农民信息素养培育的问题与对策探讨

Discussion on the Problems and Countermeasures of Farmers' Information Literacy Cultivation

分析了我国农民信息素养存在的主要问题,如整体水平偏低,培育不够,基础设施相对落后,信息获取能力较弱,信息应用能力有待提高等。重点阐述了我国农民信息意识、农民信息能力和农民信息道德、法律意识的培育,对完善我国农村信息素养环境和提升农民信息素养提出对策建议:加大对农民信息素养提升支持力度,加大农村信息化基础设施建设,加强农民信息素养的培训工作,完善农业信息服务网络,建立“互联网+”农村电商平台。

This paper analysed the major problem of Chinese farmers's inform ation literacy,for example,the overall level was low,the cultivation was insufficient,the infraslm ctoe was relatively backward,the infomation acquisition ability was weak and the information application ability needed to be improved.It was elaborated on the cultivate methods of farmers'information consciousness,ability,morality and legal consciousness.Some suggestions were put forwards to improve rural information literacy enviromnent and promote famers'infomation Literacy in China,such asincreasing the support of promoting farmers'information literacy,increasing rural information infrastructure construction,strengthening training o f farm ers5 information literacy,improving agricultural information service networks,and establishing an“Internet+”rural e-commerce platform.
