摘要
对废旧轮胎不同部位的胶粉进行深度再生并用其改性沥青,分析了不同部位胶粉的组成及其再生行为,研究了不同部位再生胶改性沥青的剪切黏度、高低温性能以及常规性能。结果表明,不同部位轮胎胶粉的再生程度以及制得的改性沥青的性能不同,胎面再生胶在沥青中的溶解性较好,胎侧再生胶改性沥青具有相对优异的综合性能。
The rubber in different parts of waste tires was highly degraded and used to modified asphalt.Firstly,composition and degradation behavior of rubber in different parts of waste tires were analyzed.Then,the shear viscosity,high temperature performance,low temperature performance and conventional performance of reclaimed rubber modified asphalt were studied.Results show that degradation degree of rubber from different tire parts and the performance of modified asphalt are different.The asphalt solubility of tread reclaimed rubber is best.In addition,side wall reclaimed rubber modified asphalt has relatively good comprehensive performance.
