摘要
采用空白试验方法,对旋转蒸发器回收沥青工艺进行研究,提出了加大相对离心力可清除抽提液中残留矿粉,对旋转蒸发器155℃蒸馏时间需标定确定。通过检验标定后的旋转蒸发器回收沥青性能准确性基本可以满足工程要求。
A blank experimental study was carried out on old asphalt recovery by rotary evaporator. It was proposed that bigger the relative centrifugal force could remove residual slag in the extraction liquid, and the distillation time of rotary evaporator at 155℃ should be calibrated. After inspection, the performance of asphalt by rotary evaporator basically meets the engineering requirements.
