摘要
分析了热电厂减排及烟尘脱白技术存在的问题,现有的技术简单串联叠加会增加投资和运行阻力,且场地受限。基于此,提出了多污染物协同控制,低成本、低能耗、高收益,攻克低温腐蚀等技术思路,研制的氟塑料换热器具有耐腐蚀性强、耐高温和低温、防结垢性能优越、阻力低、使用寿命长、有自清洁功能等优势,具有广泛的应用前景。
The paper analyzes the existing problems of emission reduction and smoke dust de-white technology in the thermal power plant. The simple series superposition of the existing technology will greatly increase the investment and the running resistance , and the fields will be limited. Based on this problem, the paper puts forward the technical considerations, such as multi-pollutant collaborative governance, low costs, low energy consumption, high benefits, anti-low temperature and corrosion resistance. The fluoroplastics heat exchanger bears a strong corrosion resistance, the high and low temperature resistance, anti-fouling superior performance, low resistance, long service life, and the advantages of the self-cleaning function, and has a wide application prospect.
