摘要
炼铜烟灰经过酸性浸出,大部分铜、锌和一部分的砷进入溶液中,而萃取分离铜是一种高效方法。本试验拟定了不同的相比、转速、级数等条件,对铜萃取和铜反萃的效果进行分析,得到从高砷高锌溶液中离心萃取铜最佳的工艺条件参数。
Most of copper and zinc and some arsenic in copper-smelting ash can be leached into the solution through acid leaching, the centrifugal leaching is an efficient method to separate copper. In this experiment, the optimum technological parameters are obtained through analyzing the effects of copper leaching and reverse leaching under the conditions of different phase ratio, rotating speed and steps.
